Occasionally, you may come across this screen while trying to access the service.
If this happens:
If you log out at the end of your session by clicking the Log Out button rather than just closing your browser, it will ensure you are properly logged out and may prevent this issue in future.

If you encounter a blue screen while trying to access the service, don’t worry!
This error message appears when all the licenses included in your subscription are already in use.
To resolve this, you should check with your colleagues to see if they are using the license that you need access to.
If they are, ask them to log out if they’ve finished using the service.
If no one is using it, try logging back in again to see if that resolves the issue.
